So as a first post lets just point out the obvious: Commercial RE is hurting everywhere INCLUDING FLAGSTAFF, AZ.
So let me pose the question:
Why are those with properties to lease and sell sitting around pretending everything is fine? The same old tired listings have been sitting there for 18 months to 2 years now as if somone is going to go pay the offer! What gives?
